Hi, guys.  Anybody know how I can look up the production date on a Model 732?  My grandfather died a few years ago and my dad found this and a Stevens .22 revolver that I'm hoping to look up dates on.  If anybody know where I can look it up, that'd be great.  The serial number is AL38477.  Thanks in advance!

Found this link to check year of your Model 732.  Scroll down and poster writes that AL=1973.  Hope this helps.

Thank you very much, Lisa!  Wow, my grandfather must've gotten that .22 when he was about ten.  That's awesome!  Thanks again, I really, really appreciate it!

You're welcome, Daercrist.  Glad to have helped you.

I had picked up a Model 949 recently.  It came complete with the box and papers.  Everyone I know likes these shooters.

Daercrist, I post a link for the Model 732 in the manual thread, but I will add it here for you, too:

Numrich (gunpartscorp.com) usually has schematics for most guns on its Web site.  This is a great company from which to order parts for older guns.

Here is a schematic for the Model 732:
